Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

At Ravyena, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair returns process in line with UK consumer law.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.


2. Returns Window

You may request a return or refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

This 28-day period includes your statutory rights under UK consumer law and is offered as a simplified and customer-friendly returns window.

Returned items must be sent back within this 28-day period and meet the conditions outlined below.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags and accessories
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal has been broken 
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

These exclusions do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.


5. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at hello@ravyena.com including your order number and reason for return.

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service
  • Ravyena is not responsible for items lost in transit

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Where required by UK law, refunds include the cost of the item and standard delivery charges.


8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
